Who we are GreenFiber International S.A. is part of and investment association that managed to resuscitate the plastic industry and started the “green industry” in Romania. Presently, our association numbers more than 2000 employees and the development of our companies is continuously supported by means of important investments directed towards state of the art technology. A European producer for a European market In-depth analysis revealed that the European polyester fiber market is dominated by Asia producers. The inconvenient of this aspect are long delivery schedules and high level of taxes. By placing our production facilities in Romania we can deliver promptly to each and every European area but also offer lower tax levels for our customers. Our 5 years development plan sets the aim for 100,000 tons production capacity and 600 employees. Our products GreenFiber products are applicable especially in the non woven industry, but also in the textile industry and special fields as antibacterial or flame retardant. Our main products are solid, solid slliconized, hollow siliconized, hollow conjugated siliconized polyester staple fiber. Our products are obtained either from regenerated PET flakes or from polyester virgin chips.
